Completely overpriced. Went through so many managers that agreements didn't stick (paperwork mysteriously disappeared along with fired management several times). Was told apparently things that were not true by office employees which ended up costing us quite a bit of money in the end. They're online payment options are faulty without a doubt,on multiple occasions and confirmation with staff is guaranteed wrong. Amazing gorgeous apartment homes only 15 minutes from the beach!!! Offering all inclusive packages! A steal to live so close to the beach!
This place was a great place to live at, despite all the fleas we had when we first moved in, they immediately moved us to another apartment. It took a while to get moved but it was a good experience! The only thing I would say is, if your husband relocates to a different base they will give you a hard time. Good luck to new comers. :)
Our apartment was large which is a big benefit but the prices do not stay the same. We got an overage almost every month even with everything being off. If you are well off I totally recommend them if not you may end up in a whole.
Beautiful, safe, and very clean apartments! Everyone is pleasant and approachable. Marissa, Ebony, and Stephanie work super hard, and truly care about their residents. The maintenance man Kip is very helpful and timely with issues you may have in your apt. Cicily does a fabulous job at keeping the common areas clean as Donnie does the grounds. I wish Darryl would be a more pleasant. He's not nearly as approachable as everyone else. Overall a fabulous place to live!
