They are the most caring and loving people I have ever met. So compassionate and knowledgeable. They were like part of my family.
My experience with Compass Hospice of Dallas has been one of caring, concern for Mother. Follow up with caretakers. Respond timely, answer questions, explain information, stability in staff. Feel blessed ....would recommend Compass Hospice with no hesitation.
They did not deliver what they promised. They were not there at all for my mom when she actually needed them. No nurse and no meds. It was the worst night of her life and ours as we witnessed her suffering and were unable to help her.
