HORRIBLE, STAY AWAY. My daughter had an appointment for a telehealth call with Dr. Cifuentes that never happened. After logging into the virtual waiting room via the patient portal 10 minutes prior to the appointment time and waiting an hour, nobody from Compass Health contacted her.
