Patients are simply a number and copay to both the doctors and administrators. Multiple times I as the patient have had to beg for them to fill medication scripts after I was told it would be taken care of. When speaking to the provider the blame administration and administration blames the provider, neither seeming to care about the patient. Avoid at all costs!
