The new front office people are horrible. Useless. I called to make a complaint and was told the previous girls were promoted and I can see why. They were amazing, informative and knowledgeable. The nurse practitioner, Alexandria does as little as possible to help heal patients just wants to get them out the door. I had to find a different office with better staff. I am very pleased with my new compass health office. Do better New Town location. Be a good human
Went in specifically to get refills on my heart medications. Was seen and had blood drawn and overall was a fine experience. The problem comes in that it has now been 3 days since I was seen and my meds have not been scheduled for refills. I’ve been completely out of meds for 4 days and am now starting to suffer side effects, if I don’t get them refilled tomorrow I’m not sure what’s gonna happen but I feel the worst I’ve felt in forever. As you can see by their 3.7 rating this place is about as As bad as it gets. I called them to ask them about seeing a nutritionist and was told to come in and do some kind of assessment. I go out of my way to go down there to do this assessment and when I walk in and tell them what I was told over the phone they look at me like I’m crazy. they tell me that’s not correct that I have to schedule with their primary doctor and then get a referral. Do not come to this clinic. It is a waste of time since they make appointments for you and when you arrive they reschedule the appointment for another day. This clinic is there for fun and they do not serve people.
I had a great experience here! Almost everything was done in one day—from labs to X-rays—which saved me so much time. The doctor was excellent: professional, knowledgeable, and truly caring. The assistant was also very helpful and made the process smooth. I’m very satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend!
