I came to Compass Eye Care for eye exams and glasses for myself and a child based on a recommendation. I’m so happy with this practice; staff are professional, knowledgeable, timely, friendly, and very customer service oriented. I thought they had a good range of prices for frames to meet many price points. I spent less on glasses than I have in the past and I think my new glasses are more fashionable than my old ones. Dr. Tan was AWESOME! He is extremely professional and knowledgeable. He made going to the eye doctor an educational experience and an easy one. We are sorry we don't live in the area any more because it has been the best eye care we've ever had.
Dr. Alex Tan and his staff are the epitome of what it means to be knowledgeable, caring and fun wrapped into one. I'm the upstairs neighbor of Compass Eye Care and I must say the staff is Awesome. Sometimes I might have a package delivered and I may be unavailable the staff has had no problem with excerpting the delivery for me just because. I wouldn't trade these guys for nothing in the world. Now that I have found out that Compass Eye Care is part of my Insurance Net Work I will be stopping in for a eye exam and a pair of new glasses.
