Compass Electric did a fine job of servicing our Generac. The amount of paperwork necessary and a poor online payment system is the only negative. They showed up on time too.
I brought in a Generac generator for service after long term storage. They were over a month late getting it back to me, they were combative about it when we talked about it, the bill was almost $200 more than what it was supposed to be. When I picked up my generator the whole clan was there, more or less in combat formation, as I was not a happy customer, and all they had to say was, I was a few dollars short, paying them when I paid them in cash and counted it out in front of them. Purchased a house that they wired and there was absolutely no for sight to what it would it be like to actually live here. Seems like they put all the devices in locations that are completely inconvenient and stop you from actually decorating your house in a logical way. For example the doorbell is dead centre on the dining room feature wall ???????????? Thats just one example. Their compass is clearly broken. 0/10 would NOT recommend. The bare minimum was done. Came in with blindfolds throwing darts.
