I always had excellent visits here. I believe this was by far the best dental office I’ve ever visited. People here actually care about you as a patient and don’t just see you as another transaction. Furthermore, the amenities while being in the dentists chair were really nice touches. I’d recommend going!

I’ve been with Mr. Lai & Dr. Wu for a couple years now, and they are like family to me! Not only are they nice and personable, they are top tier dentists and best in the industry! Their team is a perfect mix of quirky and professional which I LOVE! Highly recommend these guys for all your teeth needs!
I’ve been to Dr. Lai twice for routine cleaning and exams, and those visits went well — he’s nice, patient, and my previous dental repairs look good. During an exam, he found a wisdom tooth that needed extraction and referred me to Dr. Jin Wan Kim, who performed the procedure well. The problem — and the reason for my one star — is their billing practices and the unnecessary treatment they performed.
