Great space. Dr. Lai is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining what they see and what they are doing. I felt in good hands. The practice is not in-network with Delta Dental, which was not proactively communicated to me as a new patient. And they take full payment from the customer and submit the claim for reimbursement. That's clearly a risk for the customer because the reimbursement check you get 3 weeks later in the mail is very unlikely to be what you expect.

My family and I have been going for the last several years to Compass Dental Arts for all our dental care. Dr. Wu, Dr. Lai, and their entire staff are very professional and very friendly. They really go the extra mile to make patients feel comfortable, and give them the best care. Back in 2020, I had all 4 wisdom teeth extracted here with no issues at all. Highly recommend this facility!

Dr. Lai was amazing, as always! I have never had had a bad experience thru 6+ years of getting care from Dr. Lai and his staff. All the staff at his office is kind, assertive, organized and friendly. I never fear going to the dentist anymore. Before coming to Dr. Lai, I always had a fear of dentist due to trama in my younger years. Since seeing him, I look forward to my next appointment.
