I have had an excellent experience every visit. All of my questions are answered. The environment is relaxing, so, if you have fears like I did before I came, rest assure they can help with putting away your anxiety and struggles by keeping you informed and keeping your needs aligned by adhering a special plan for your unique needs. I know what to expect for each visit. I have come a long way and they have made the impossible possible so that I can smile again. Thank you!

I'm not a fan of dentist visits, but the team at Compass makes the experience surprisingly pleasant.

A fantastic place for dentistry. I havent had a single bad experience with an employee. The dentist is knowledgeable and everyone ensures that you understand what is going on. I initially found this location due to distance from my home, but if I move I do not plan on changing dentists if I can help it.

Great space. Dr. Lai is very knowledgeable and does a great job explaining what they see and what they are doing. I felt in good hands. The practice is not in-network with Delta Dental, which was not proactively communicated to me as a new patient. And they take full payment from the customer and submit the claim for reimbursement. That's clearly a risk for the customer because the reimbursement check you get 3 weeks later in the mail is very unlikely to be what you expect.
