My first visit at Compass Dental with Dr Ryan Sigmon was this morning...he & his staff are amazing caring professional group... i had a tooth to break off & abscessed last week...Dr Sigmon went over & beyond to see that I received the much needed dental care...he is the most generous caring professional I have ever met - I have met a lot I have had 29 surgeries in my lifetime...it pleases my heart to know the Lord led me to such a Christian dr who cares more for his patient's needs than the money...Compass Dental Dr Ryan Sig... read more

It was an Awesome experience. I was nervous, Dr. Sigmon, Buffy, Lisa, Ryan's dad, and the staff made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They all are very gentle and caring. They explain everything, affordable, and go out they way to make sure you don't feel no pain. I recommend you all to go there if you looking for a great dentist. This will be my place to go for any dental service.
I loved loved loved Dr. Sigmon and the whole staff..they took very good care of me even though I was nervous they made sure I was always ok!! By far the best dentist I've ever been to!!!
Professional and personal care. Gives recommendations for overall care with focus on what the patient wants aesthetically. I appreciate the enthusiasm Dr. Sigmon has and that he takes the time to answer all my questions in detail. McKinzie is one of my favorite hygenists.

Awesome staff. Always willing to work with you and help you in any way they can. I call Lisa in the office my bff, because I call her so often about payments and any questions I may have.
