I’ve been to other BBVA bank locations to change my check and they let me use the restroom. This location didn’t.
There was no customers inside and still had to wait about 20 minutes for some rude lady to help me.. worst location by far
Very bad service.
My account is overdrawn. With two things pending. Got off work at midnight with cash in hand to handle the negative balance. Input my debit card into the machine to make a cash and check deposit and the ATM took my debit card while looking for a pen to sign my check. I guarantee BBVA will make me pay for the overdraft fees that will incur because the ATM TOOK MY DEBIT. Leaving me with a negative balance and no card to take care of the balance.
