Home of the excessive fees... – Terrible bank with excessive fees. $22 for a wire transfer, $36 for NSF, submits debits against your account from largest to smallest to incur the most NSF fees, etc. Customer service unwilling to work with customers to resolve issues. Currently use three different banks, and Compass if by far the worst and most expensive. In process of closing account.
Other Banks are Better – I had an account with this bank for years and there was trouble from the beginning. Customer service is inconsistent, from mediocre to flippant. This bank makes it hard for its customers and with so many other difficulties, our banks shouldn't pile onto the problem. Try any one of the many other banks in the area.
