I brought my car into them for a simple door damage. They promised it back within 5 days. Without my permission, they charged my amex 2500 dollars. Then refused to refund it. When I was called to pick up my car after 2 weeks, it was in horrible state. They even damaged the rear differential. All in all I am out 18,000 due to their actions. I gave them a chance to make it right and they refused to take responsibility. I am happy to provide documentation to anyone who requests it.
