I have been living with this apartment company since August and have been dealing with a persistent cockroach infestation. Despite multiple extermination treatments, the problem continues. Management has not been effective in resolving it. Potential renters should be aware of the ongoing pest issue before signing a lease. Fyi
Unfortunately, my experience with this apartment community fell short of expectations. Brendan was wonderful—he showed me a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit and was incredibly kind and friendly throughout the tour. However, another staff member in the office didn't acknowledge me when I arrived, which felt unwelcoming.
