Leaving my review, after two visits within two weeks for breakfast. The first visit was average, and I decided to give it another try with my wife to the Termine whether or not this would be a regular place for us. The outside patio is great, the music a little too loud, however the fans under the archways provide a breeze even when it's too warm. On the second visit we ordered the Migas, and the Yard Sale. Great food. Great service. Great music. If you're looking to avoid the pretentiousness Dallas provides, this is the best place. Breakfast through dinner and drink is all amazing. Ate here 3 of the 4 days I spent in Dallas.

Good food but they have the slowest service I've ever seen! Every weekend is the same thing, the only reason we keep coming is bc ice house is packed. Usually they have 4 bartenders staring at the computer screen and on top of that they skip people. I guess that is why ice house has a hundred people waiting outside while company cafe has open tables. It is not too hard you guys have good food get some experienced a kind bartenders.
