As a hair artist, integrity matters. Mistakes can happen but how you handle them is what defines your professionalism. Emma Lockhart allows a client to leave with visibly incorrect color, uneven sections while charging full price or a slight discount raises serious concerns. Needs to go back to cosmo school! - NOT my hair, client was Mallory D.
Horrible job by Emma. So unprofessional. Please don’t ever go to her she doesn’t know how to take her time with hair and do it correctly.
