Irene has been with Companions Animal Hospital since before it opened in 2006. She was an instrumental part of the establishment and construction of the hospital, which started in 2005. Today, she is a critical part of the day-to-day business operations of the practice. Irene left a successful career as the head of training for individuals with disabilities at a large not-for-profit organization called Abilities. My beloved Peke was a patient of Dr. Kleminger (and I think was a fave patient of hers as well ), and even visited Dr. Marghoob, when they were in practice in Queens. I was sad they left but so happy they achieved their dream and opened their own practice. I can't say enough good things about them, esp Dr. Kleminger whom we saw the most. If it wasn't such a distance from my home we would have followed them to Companions! Any pet in their care is in wonderful hands!
