RecommendedAside from the customer service experience being friendly and caring, the staff is very knowledgeable and attentive to individual needs. I don't know if this counts.. But they also have a great sense of humor.. which tells me one thing: they love what they do. Overall.. It's a wonderful place where they care just as much, if not more, for your pets as you do. 5/5

They were great, especially with having procedures in place to still provide care for my cat during the COVID-19 pandemic. After the exam they called me with results and I really appreciate that they didn’t try to recommend any unnecessary procedures. They also really partnered with me to implement a treatment plan that I felt good about and promptly followed up with me the following week on the phone and had a secondary appointment already scheduled should it be warranted. Very prompt, efficient, and thorough!!!

My former spouse is a Naples veterinarian and I worked alongside him for 20 plus years. I moved to Ft Myers 3 years ago and needed a vet closer to Gateway. Dr Shivers was recommended by many neighbors so I took my cat with skin issues for an exam this morning. Dr Shivers was personable, knowledgeable and was great with my cat. He also offers lifetime vaccines for $149. I had many questions regarding dentals for my dogs, type of anesthesia and price which were all answered thoroughly and at length. Amanda and Nicole are the best !!! My animals love coming here just to see them and they treat my babies as if they were of their own !! Definitely recommend bringing your animals here !
