We have been going to Companion Care Pet Hospital for 6 years. Just today one of five kittens was throwing up all night, called them up brought him in, he is fine, upset tummy, all the staff and doctors treat each baby like their own.
They treated my baby like the princess she is. They answered every single question, even on my third call back and never made me feel like a bother. Glad I found this office !
I was very disappointed with the service my cat received. We waited a little over 3 hours to have no answers and then was told my cat was critical and needed more attention. The staff never established intravenous access, never attempted to give him the required fluids that he needed and took their sweet time at giving us our cat back so that we can take him to a 24/7 veterinarian. They’re super friendly and compassionate! One of my kitties needed surgery and they took great care of him. Even after we took him home they kept calling to check on him.
They are very compassionate and helpful. I’m my hour of need for my baby girl, they took care of everything compassionately.
These people care so much about their patients! After putting our dog Molly down they were all so kind and apologetic about it. My dog daisy always loves getting pets from the staff their, she is always the center of attention!
