Have went there for 25 plus years and i called to get the dogs tick medication and was told one of my dogs had not been there since 2016 and i know we had her there last summer in 2019. Seem like records are mixed up my daughter brought one of her dogs in for shots and found out they put the shots down that they gave them to her other dog. The young lady on the phone told me to maybe go to another vet to get my dogs tick meds so that is what i did took all 3 of my dogs to anothet vet and will stay with that vet.
RecommendedI've used Companion Animal Hospital since we moved to Fergus Falls in 1991. I love the people there, and it's clear that they love the animals with all their hearts. I even brought my iguana to Dr. Franzen when I thought it was sick, and she determined that "he" was a maturing female. Two years later when my second iguana seemed ill, Dr Franzen told me that "she" was a maturing male. Imagine my surprise!
What can I possibly say about Companion Animal Hospital? How about the fact that you guys are the absolute best and I appreciate you more than you know! Dr. Thea is a blessing and has truly saved my dog’s life. I can’t thank your hospital and Dr. Thea enough! My puppers and I love you guys! ❤️
I highly recommend Companion Animal Hospital! We had an emergency on a Sunday with our dog and they were the only office in Fergus Falls or the FM area that we were able to talk to a person. Dr. Fransen was on call and talked us through what we needed to do to help our boy. She told us what to watch for at home, saving us the cost of bringing him into the emergency hospital for monitoring or an after hours new patient visit.
