They are happy to answer all of my questions Does this provider treat their staff well? Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better Did this provider prominently display their diplomas or business license? Yes

Was this provider's office too cold? No, it was fine Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? Yes Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? No, I don't think so Were the kennels and holding areas clean? Yes, they were spotless Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed

They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. I've seen client favoritism at some of the other places I've been, and I really appreciate the extra effort they make to avoid that here.

Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was your pet anxious to leave this veterinarian's office? No, my pet seems to love it here and is never anxious to leave Does this provider always put the customer first? No, they've never taken personal calls with me Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen Does this provider give unbiased advice? Yes Was this veterinarian gentle when caring for your pet? Yes, they always demonstrate care and compassion
