Not a good place for rabbits!!!! When we drove up to this office we were shocked because it looked like the vet office was the size of a closet. The vet did absolutely nothing at all for my rabbit and had very very little knowledge of rabbits whatsoever, and a lot of misinformation. The vet office also had me dosing my rabbit's metacam for a dog. 3 pounds on a dog syringe (0.5 suspension)once a day and I was told that more would kill my rabbit. Very caring Veternarians. The whole staff is wonderful. Carrie who works at the desk is always pleasant. I know my dog is being well cared for at this establishment.

Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long Did this provider use excessive foul language? Not at all! They are always respectful and courteous! Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? Not at all, their office smelled fantastic! Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Yes

I do plan on recommending this animal hospital to my friends and family. I was really pleased with their work and how they treated my pets. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. Dr. Hess is the best ! My poor little guinea pig needed surgery and she did a wonderful job, my little piggie is recovering and doing just great. I am so very thankful that Dr. Hess has an interest in small animals and could care for my pet. I will forever be grateful to her and her staff... read more

I feel like my appointments were pointless. My dog's illness was repeatedly diagnosed as "too much pork in diet"--when I took her to another vet, her stomach cancer was quickly found, but too late--she died a week later. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished and they did not treat my dog compassionately nor did they recognize or seem to care that I was deeply concerned about my dog.
