Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely! Was this veterinarian able to perform all basic as well as complicated procedures? Absolutely! They handle everything from annual shots to complicated illnesses, with competence and loving care Did this provider have an entertaining selection of waiting room magazines? No, there weren't many to choose from

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Kind of, but I they could have been more understanding

Does this provider always put the customer first? Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen Is this business handicap-accessible? Yes, it was handicap-accessible Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Does this veterinarian offer emergency after-hour services? Yes, they are so amazing. They will come to the office after-hours for any emergency

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Of course at times vets have to do unpleasant procedures on the pets, but they always demonstrate care and compassion. I really trust them and so do my pets. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. This veterinarian was friendly to both me and my pet, which I thought was nice. They were very kind and welcoming.
