Thank you to Dr. Kellie Lewis and her fellow doctors for going the extra mile to diagnose our cat's health dilemma; after a 2 month ear drop and antibiotic treatment that did not work, as prescribed by another veterinarian location, Dr. Lewis utilized her personal time to research his symptoms and was able to diagnose and treat the condition effectively . . . and with much warmth toward our pet. Thank you for saving him, we appreciate your dedication!
I've heard nothing but good things about Companion Animal Hospital and their Doggy Daycare. Nykki is especially great with the animals.

Very professional and compassion staff. Tammy did a wonderful job taking care of our new little Buddie and was very knowledgable which eased my mind. She is a great asset to hospital. Buddie took kindly to everyone of the staff members that I saw and that says it all for me. Great Job!
Not only is the care at Companion Animal Hospital great, but Doggy Day Care is wonderful. Sheba looks forward to this twice a week and plays so hard she sleeps the rest of the night. Estella, Jessica and Nykki are great - you can tell they truly enjoy their job.
I have heard nothing but positive comments about the quality of care and compassion shown for pets. Although I have not used this vet clinic, I plan to bring my dog, Deets in the future as I know Tammy Greenlee is great working with animals and I know I plan to use Companion Animal Hospital the next time I need to for our Springer.
