Our cat Jazz doesn’t do well going to the vet. Today was his annual and he went in and was great. He charmed everyone and they treated him like the king he is. They addressed every one of the concerns and never once tried to up sell us any services. Dr. Little was great with him and made us feel secure that Jazz was is caring hands. They gave Jazz the same level of care I would expect at my doctor. And to all those negative reviews please remember how hard it is to be a vet. Dr.Kern was the ONLY reason I went here. They brought in all new office help and the customer service is Absolutely Horrible. By far the WORST FRONT DESK HELP I HAVE EVER WITNESSED.
I have been taking my pets to Companion Vets since 2009. I have never had a bad experience. Evan when I have had to allow my pets to cross over to "Rainbow Bridge" their gentle compassion helped me so much with my personal tragedy. From sickness to surgery I have always been more than satisfied. From the girls at the front desk to the tecks to the vets. I applaud you all.
We recently moved to the area and came here when we adopted a dog, Chauncey. We've always had top notch care, however, it wasn't until just a couple days ago when my cat Romeo became ill and I had to rush him here that I realized what truly wonderful people work here. I recently lost my job and was worried how we would take care of the inevitable vet bills. Not only did the staff give my boy wonderful care, they saved his life. Friendly staff and amazing knowledge from the doctors with big hearts. Always accommodating with the schedule and never feel rushed even though they are a busy practice
