I had over 20 years dealing with this business. Only to recently learn that their vet can give misinformation that ends up sending me to a veterinarian ER and costing me $600. When asked to reimburse or apply towards services I was told NO. These things happen and hey said. I am absolutely broken hearted at their lack of accountability.
