They are so thoughtful and followed up when our pup ate some wild mushrooms. She told me she'd call me once before bed but called me a total of 3 times that night. Did research to figure out what was wrong with her. They calm all my fears.
Ben and Colleen are incredibly helpful, easy to talk to and great at keeping our cat calm during her visits. We're so happy we chose to bring her here! They're also great about answering questions between visits by email or phone, which we really appreciate!

Emily is a wonderful groomer for my dog ZZ. She’s patient, she listens, asks questions, and my dog loves her. We recently moved away from Cedar Falls and found out how really talented Emily is. Disaster after disaster the last one, who was highly recommend, I left in tears! While working with Emily, ZZ loved to have her long hair brushed, now she hides and hates it. What a shame. Emily is a true talented and gifted groomer.
