I had an awesome experience in the beginning with the lady vet. One night my dog was shaking his head back and forth excessively around 3 am, and I did not know what was going on so I decided to call the vet around 5 am. So I called and Ben answered the phone (yes I knew it was 5 am) he ask me what the emergency was and I told him. He yelled at me for calling because my dog wasn’t dying and it wasn’t a emergency! I have been coming to this clinic for many, many years! But since Dr Melick's retirement, I've been so impressed and thankful for the knowledge and compassion shown by Doctor's Ben and Colleen. They are very thorough and explain things in terms that I can easily understand. They're always kind and patient to answer my many questions without fail. My pups even love them, which really says a lot to me!
We have been in a lot recently with a sick kitty. They have been kind and compassionate every time and even fit us in for an unexpected appointment. When the appointment took longer than expected, their kindness only increased. They made sure we were comfortable and never felt rushed, in spite of the busy day. We greatly appreciate all of the employees, and the doctors are top notch. Thank you all for helping us through a tough time!
We worried when Dr Melick retired but believe 100% in the duo team who replaced him. Two thumbs up 👍👍
