Knowledgeable and friendly folks who understand great customer service. They take the time to educate You about Your vehicle, and not just regarding what You've taken it in for. I don't mean an extra list of what's wrong, but general car care advice that isn't going to bring them any profit (and in fact will help keep a car out of the shop).
