RecommendedThe absolute best ever!!!! Been dealing with them for at least the past 12 years! Came in today cause my brake lights would no go off. In and out in less than 2 minutes!! I absolutely love these folks!! Don’t take your Honda / Acura anywhere else!!!
More than fair pricing compared to dealers. Seems to take less time for repairs again compared to dealers. I recommend to friends and relatives.
While living in Charlotte, I was extremely impressed with the quality of service at Compact Cars. After being given an estimate for $$2,600 at Hendricks Honda, I looked around for an alternative. Compact Cars determined I didn’t need all the work they recommended what it did need and it cost me $1,200 LESS to get the work done there. I currently live 2 hours away and will soon need service on another Honda...I will be coming in to have them service it.
Hands down, this is THE BEST place in clt for Honda work. We have used them for years on multiple Honda’s and they are trustworthy, accurate, totally competent, timely, nice and one of the best customer service models we have ever experienced! And my hubby is a mechanical engineer, particular with cars and they are TOPS in his book! Wish every business was run like Compact Car Service!!!
Went for my first time today. After a mixup at the front desk, Keith took my car right away and had it out to me ASAP since I had to be at work. They even corrected the mistake with a price reduction! Stellar customer service which will definitely have me coming back. Not to mention the reliable work done on my car.
This is the ONLY place we bring our Honda’s! Been coming here for 30 plus years.

After years as a customer, I often wish I still had a Honda just so I could get service at Compact Cars. I never worried about my Honda or my wallet with them. No shop is more trustworthy, fairly priced, and customer oriented. I miss being able to call Johnny with questions no matter where I was and getting help even over the phone. What a Godsend! What an amazing crew!
Honest and transparent and have a customer for life business philosophy that aligns with how I do business! They won't sell you things don't need and you'll walk out feeling you know your cars condition and can sleep well and feel you paid a fair price!
