I would prefer to give zero cos they lack integrity and honesty. We made a deposit and commitment to purchase RX 350, unfortunately they sold the car to someone else cos he paid more and lying that the car has transmission issues and right in front of us, the new buyer paid $1000 more . Avoid them cos they ain't trustworthy and lack integrity.
I had been searching for a used vehicle when I stubbled upon what seemed like a really great little car. I had phoned the people multiple times asking questions and pricing before I came to see the car. I drove 2 hours to see this car, when I arrived the salesman had headphones in and a backpack on. He asked for my check as soon as I got there, I asked to test drive the car.
