Easy to register for a time slot, they saw me at that exact time, and I was in and out of there with a great diagnosis and care in minutes. Loved the experience here!
Very professional nice experience
I went here paid 170 just to get seen plus another 300 for an X-Ray just for them to tell me nothing was broken or fractured. About a month and a half later I go see my Primary care because the pain was not getting any better, and my shoulder is broken clear as day. So I don't know if they had bad X-Rays or if they're just lazy but I'm furious that I've been living with a broken shoulder for over a month, in constant pain, all because of negligence from this facility. Absolutely unacceptable.
I doubt authenticity of these 5 Star reviews for this facility. Sharing my experience. My son got injured at school and needed urgent care, we called this place to check if everything is available for care. We took my son, completed registration process, paid them then a lady came saw his hand told needs an X-ray and their X-ray technician is not present and asked us to go the nother nearby Community Med urgent care location for X-ray and come back.
