Spent the last 15 minutes calling this place to check on why my kid's prescription wasn't sent to the pharmacy. After telling the AI prompt I want to speak to a human, it just rings and rings and then hangs up on me. Going on the 6th time now. My daughter needs her meds and is in extreme pain. Now I'm going to have to leave her at home to go drive to the facility in person to ask them to do what they were supposed to have done already.
I needed a last minute sports physical for my son, and this urgent care was excellent. The online check-in was simple, quick, and we were able to get scheduled right away. (Within an hour) The young lady at the front desk, the male medical assistant, and Nurse Practitioner Cruz were all kind, friendly, and welcoming. They made the whole visit easy and comfortable. Highly recommend!
Terrible customer service!!!!! They don’t listen to the patient at all, and the don’t return calls. When the lady at the front desk says you will get a return call the same day or next don’t believe her. The provider Brittany Cruz is not personable and does not care about what the patient has to say at all. Would highly recommend choosing another urgent care.
