I scheduled an appointment online for the same day and did the paperwork online. Upon arrival, if you want you may sign in on your phone while you wait in your car in the parking lot. If you wish, you don’t have to leave your car until they are ready to take you to the exam room. I’ve used this location twice, and the administrative and medical staff at this office are excellent - cordial, knowledgeable, professional. Went to CommunityMed in Prosper for a UTI. They took a urine sample and told me I did not have a UTI. Got so bad I went to the ER later that night where they diagnosed me with a VERY bad UTI. Not sure how they missed it when ER doc said every indicator on test popped up.
