I liked that they text me right away to come in after I did a web check in, but when I got there a lady came in after me and they took her first and she just walked in. The wait time online showed 9 minutes and it was much longer than that also.
It’s a great facility. The doctors, nurses and staff are the most caring and down to earth people. They are quick to the point and it make you feel like family.
Unfortunately we've been here many times, but that should tell you how great they are here since we keep coming back. It's so much more convenient than wanting on an appointment with our primary doctors, and so much quicker too. I don't think we've ever spent more than 20 minutes and that's including waiting in the waiting room to be seen. They are super friendly and I'd definitely recommend this place.
Everything there is just fabulous, we've used urgent care several times and I've always had great care & a pleasant visit (thanks to the awesome staff) on some of our not so pleasant moments! It's clean fast and so much better than sitting in the ER for hours.
