Dr Isom was great but this location is not. They do not fulfill what they say they will. Just a bunch of empty promises. Be prepared to consistently have to keep calling them for something they have already promised you. I would not recommend this location to anyone.
This location of Community MD is wonderful. The staff here is professional, respectful, and very polite. They are very welcoming to visitors as well. This location does have a restroom for the public. They also have handicap parking available. The waiting area has a television and additional information on health and wellness. The waiting area wasn't crowded. I would recommend this location to others in the area for primary care. They also accept a wide variety of insurance or self-pay.
Third time I have had poor service. Every sense Dr Pusaude and Travis left this office has went down. I wasn't going to post but this is the 3rd time that I have had terrible service once my blood work wasn't turned in and I had to come in and retake when I thought I was coming in for results. Second time the wrong prescription was sent in. Now this time the prescription wasn't sent in at all. Tru Story. If Dr Isom is there things go smoothly if not. Then you may as well be diagnosing yourself.
