This is the first office I have ever spoken to that won’t let you schedule with a specific doctor. After being on hold for a half hour, phone tree receptionist was rude and ignored my initial statement for why I was calling. This office will not schedule you with a requested provider—they only schedule the appointment and it operates like a lottery. Why shouldn’t I have the right to choose my care provider? And good luck if you’re a new patient—first available is in NOVEMBER.
Not one time did they take urine samples on my wife and she got diagnosed with severe preeclampsia. I’m a furious with this company they do not simply about their patients and we got a new doctor every week who wouldn’t even talk to us about our child until we went to Bastrop. This company deserves 0
