Mi experiencia durante mi embarazo en CommUnityCare fue muy negativa. Aproximadamente a las 20 semanas tuve una presión arterial de 140/90 y la doctora Georgina me indicó que esa presión era normal. A las 30 semanas desarrollé preeclampsia que progresó a eclampsia y mi bebé nació prematuramente. I am disappointed with the overall patient experience at this facility, particularly the lack of customer service and operational management from the administration and front desk staff. The parking lot has increasingly become congested with non-permitted food vendors, which further complicates what is already a challenging parking situation for patients. Today I went in for my daughter’s cleaning. We were in the waiting room and I also had my 7 yr old non verbal autistic son. He wasn’t bothering anyone, he watched videos on my phone and walked around the waiting room. Next thing I know there’s not one but TWO security guards asking if I’m his mom, and that we have to leave if I can’t make him sit down.
