This is the worst possible organization in the state and possibly the country. They do not have any kind of training or motivation to actually help or do anything for their patients. All they want from you is your information to enter into a system so that they can get their government payouts from our taxpayer dollars. I’m very disappointed with the level of service I received. Just because someone is low income does not give anyone the right to be dismissive or unconcerned. I had a missed call today from Community Care. I wasn’t able to answer at the time, so I called back shortly after. The representative who answered told me, “I don’t know why they called—you should have a message.” I explained that my account information should be updated and that anyone accessing it should be able to see what’s going on. I love that I'm able to take care of everything in one place 😌 I was able to see my dentist first then my lab work then my doctor 🙌 I gave 4 stars cause the parking is still hell my advice always go 45 minutes before your appointment to get a parking spot
Llevo varios años ahi.y muchas veces me siento muy ofendida la falta de calidad en las llamadas es pesima.como hoy la señorita (orfo)según su nombre dice estar sola en la recepción y me estuvo por 40 minutos. No es la primera vez que me sucede.con juan en donde esta la siquiatra que me atiende lo mismo falta de tratos.en llamadas en espera por mas 40 minutos. Trato pésimo de muchas de las recepción.
