My lab came back as unprocessed and I’m not surprised because it seems disorganized up there and like a social scene for the employees. I had to talk to the back of the phlebotomist’s head because she was too preoccupied to look at my face I guess, and she also asked me a private medical question in front of another patient. Maybe they are all just overworked, but now I have to go redo my lab work because they didn’t process it. I’m going to a different location.
I've been a patient here for awhile. I get there can be staff shortages but every time I have come here for an urgent care need where I have MADE AN APPOINTMENT ahead of time I'm stuck waiting in the waiting room for up to 2 hours! This is completely unacceptable. What is the point of an appointment if you people cant stick to it on your end? Lol please be better. They get 3 stars because when I am finally seen I am taken care of for the most part, but this is getting ridiculous.
Terrible doctors working there i will never return here. Doctor put me under so much stress, and i had a panic attack. They dont know what theyre doing and give you information without actually knowing, so if your looking for good professionals definitely dont go here.
If I could give it zero stars I would. I have gone with my children, they are very bad and they do not attend to them. Before they said that I should call to make appointments, now they do not make appointments by phone, that I have to go in person. I went in person with my children and they did not want to make an appointment for me, they told me to come back tomorrow. It is a terrible service. They do not even want to answer what one asks. They should review that.
