The new CommUnityCare at the Hancock center.
I had a 2 PM appointment and arrived on time, but I was not seen by a doctor. I was told only Tylenol was available and was sent back by RN Amber without any consultation. I was disappointed because I expected to meet the doctor and understand my condition. I kindly request better patient care in the future. The labs lost my lab work after being there for hours so I have to redo it - extremely important because Dr thinks I might have HPI Lori infection which can lead to stomach diseases
Very unpleasant place to come very rude unwelcoming was told very false info about HIPPA violation as she tell a patients information as the room is full of other individuals very uncomfortable will be reporting this place in!!
