First impression: Rebecca with the referral department tells me she has two other patients on hold that I need to tell her which appointment time I preferred since I was taking too long checking my schedule for which time would work best for me. I hope she was able to help the other two patients in time. Arrived to my appointment fifteen minutes early and had to stand up at the kiosk to fill out my new patient forms. Lots of questions.
