Everyone there is so nice and they genuinely seem to care. I was blown away by how treated. Like a patient that was just diagnosed with a serious condition and not like I should be ashamed or something.

Son las 11:40 am del día 21 de Julio 2026 y llego para consulta y están todas las cajas cerradas y abren sino hasta las 2:00 pm. Que pésimo servicio solo porque están en una junta. Deberían de haber dejado a una persona atendiendo a los pacientes. It is 11:40 AM on July 21, 2026; I’ve arrived for my appointment, but all the service windows are closed and won't open until 2:00 PM. Terrible service—just because they’re in a meeting. They should have left someone there to attend to patients.

I had a very disappointing experience with the eligibility office. I arrived about 5 minutes late, and two receptionists told me it was okay and directed me to the eligibility area. The waiting room was empty. I sat there waiting, and no one acknowledged me or explained what was happening. After a while, I asked for an update and was simply told I was 'on standby' with no explanation. I asked if I should continue waiting, and was told yes. Today we saw Dr. Bobbi Crowder, NP. She was the rudest and most unprofessional doctor I have ever met. First, I told her that last time you told me permethrin 5% cream is available over the counter. We checked H-E-B, Walmart, and other pharmacies, and they all told me that only the 1% permethrin lotion is available over the counter, and it is intended for head lice, not for treating scabies on the body.
