Courtney at the North Kansas City Hospital had always been so friendly and helpful. I've also found that the tellers at the drive through on 291 in Independence are also very friendly and helpful. CACU has spectacular staff!
Best banking experience. We have a checking, savings,auto loan,credit card and mortgage at CACU.
My husband and I had 3 different banks in 3 years, each time we experienced multiple issues. Lost deposits, horrible customer service, online bill pay wouldn’t work and no one knew why, the list goes on and on. We bought a motorcycle and the loan went through Community America. I've been a member for 17yrs. will never go anywhere else. they are so awesome that i just got a branch in my city last year. so 16yrs without a branch in a five mile radius. but now there are 2 in lees summit.
Better than Bank Of America I mean crooks. I love cacu free checking also I hope the add replace debit card in the tabs of online banking. 5 stars

I've been with CACU for a little over a year now. The customer service I received was amazing and the process to get a loan was so quick I even decided to pull all of my remaining business over to them.
