We moved to the area 11 years ago. It did not take long to find CACU and over about 3 years I moved my cards and house and refinanced my home all with CACU. Could not recommend a better place to bank ! In my area I always look forward to working with Tracey at Liberty Hy-Vee Branch and Sarah at Shoal Creek Branch as they have always gone above and beyond !!!

I just live the location on 64th street in KC. I have had only positive interaction in their location. Everyone has been easy to speak with and took good care of me when I needed help opening savings accounts for my grandchildren.
I have been more than pleased with the service, the people and the smiles that make me feel welcome
No problems so far. I do wish I could get counter checks like I could at other banks. I only need them maybe once or twice a year (which is why I don't order checks), so it's not a big deal.
We've been with CACU almost 10 years. Any time there has been a problem they are quick to fix it with a smile! The 135th & Blackbob branch is my favorite. The team there is fantastic! (I do wish we were still offered the free T-bones game, my family really missed that last year. I'm sure that money went to all of those Chief's billboards.)
Community America goes above and beyond for their clients. There has never been a branch that we have walked into where we weren't greeted with a huge smile. We have been members for 3 years now and making the switch to Community America was one of tge best decisions are family has ever made. We love and trust them 100%!
So much better than a big bank. I trust that they want to help me succeed.
