It may have just been Leland and her staff, but I found their follow up communication incredibly lacking. I still don’t have an explanation for part of my tests that she ordered - specifically the ones related to the reproductive system. When they called, all they did was read the MRI, not explain it.
Today was the worst weather ever. It was snowing and black ice. I didn’t want to cancel my appointment because I’d waited months to go. An hour and 15 minute drive turned into a 2 hour drive. There were so many accidents along the highway from the black ice. I called as soon as the office opened to verify I’d be late and was assured they would still see me.
