I changed my review of the Community Wide Crisis Line, after a recent interaction with Nicole. She was very caring and understanding when i called in the middle of the night, in great distress. She listened patiently to me and was able to console me and offer very helpful solutions to my particular dilemma, which was causing me undue anguish and making me severely depressed.
