The crisis line was unbelievably rude when I called for help for someone else, asking if they could do a wellness check/assessment from the mobile crisis unit. I called, answered a few questions for the first woman, who was fine but then transferred me to a "specialist," who asked the same questions except this one seemed like I was inconveniencing her by calling.
