I am writing as Maurice H Bank, as I had a bad uti and needed to go to this urgent care located at 1570 Herndon Ave. The doctor there, Dr Klug, had great bedside manners and appeared quite knowledgeable on my problem. and in general, and Yolanda at the front was lovely and caring, bit I didn’t appreciate the laughing by the girls in the back as I explained my terrible pain and discomfort.
