I was there Sunday Morning completely misdiagnose by the Doctor or N.P. I was told that my ears were bleeding and really bad infection. She prescribe antibiotics and some ear drops the cost for that 54.on top of that the visit 75.00 dlls. I Went to my PCP on Monday she told me that I had earwax cleaned NO infection NO blood. I can believe I was taking Antibiotic with out needing them..
I had to write an review on this Urgent Care facility. I have been sick for over a week, have gone to my doctor twice. Yesterday I called my doctor and they were booked so I decided to stop at Community Urgent Care because it was on my way home. WOW, what a surprise. Theresa greeted me when I walked in with a smile...she is so sweet and caring. They did an exam, chest xray and 2 breathing treatments because it was determined I have bronchitis and 4 prescriptions. Great urgent care and very patient staff! We were out of there very quickly, not a long wait at all.
The nicest, friendliest yet professional healthcare staff EVER - and we work in healthcare!! They got us in as quickly as they could, were sympathetic to how my partner was feeling and had us out of there in no time. We know right where to go should we need amazing medical treatment.
Very friendly and attentive. They verify your insurance and get you in and out quickly.
