I had worked for Community Tire as a retreader for over 12 years (collectively).During my tenure there, I believe we had the best crew and standards in the business. I always enjoyed working for Michael Berra and believe him to be the best and fairest employer Ive ever had. I dont like to call him a "boss" as, in my opinion, a boss is the type of person that stands right behind you and breathes down your neck, always trying to get more from you than he should.
