Completely trash company been going on four months waiting for a CPAP and they never call I always have to call them. Then all the sudden after four months they tell me they don't serve Erie county anymore. Never ever go with this company complete trash all the way around.
If anyone ever needs medical supplies, DO NOT get them from Community Sergical Supply.This company came in got him a tank to hold him over till the portalable one could get there later on, The guy who was to bring it calls and tells us he can't get there till 12:30 am and the person who was to set up the home system would be there in the morning. Second time dealing with CSS, first time having to make it to the office. They close at 5pm, but stayed open until 5:45 on a Friday to make sure I got my supplies. Appreciate the friendliness and the Customer Service.
