This system that the CSB now has is absolutely ridiculous.. I don’t know who designed the way of set up to get appointments and everything like that… but I suggest they be fired. I believe that if we all got together and sue them for incompetence, it may work…. They’re literally putting lives in jeopardy the way they have it.. you have to come in between 8 AM and 230 so in my case, my daughter has to miss school sit there and wait until she gets appointment then sit there for multiple hours to try to set up to see if she qua... read more
Worst fuxking place ever they put me through days of asking the same questions over and over just for me to not get any help at all and tell me I didn’t qualify for help wasted my time and money
I've been working with them for a long time because I can't afford my medicine under normal means. But lately there has been a staff change and a degrade of services. This place is really sketchy now. It even looks like a homeless camp just outside the facility. If you can, get a therapist and doctor away from this place.
First call at 9:00 AM for needing help, you reach voicemails.This is a service for people in need that experience a lot of stress in their family life, you should not be welcomed with a voicemail during their widely open schedule!
