Gave us a reservation for a 15 foot box truck and called back 5 minutes before they closed to let us know it needed to be back by 9 the next morning which would’ve been impossible for us. Making it so it was impossible for us to reserve at another place as they were all closed by that time and also making us unable to move what we wanted to.
