First bill we received from them was from a collection agency. No invoice mailed, no email, no phone call. Called and was on hold as “#1 in the queue” for an hour before they hung up and said their system could not take our call. Looks like we’ll have to drive to their office and deal with this there.
They are terrible here! Beware of these people. They "email" your statement nothing through mail. Extremely hard to get a hold of a manger that can explain things. After 2 months of talking to them still haven't received anything but they want to send me to collections. Good luck to everyone that has to deal with these ridiculous people.
Callous and rude customer service agents and billing. Contacting Billing and Service is inefficient and nearly impossible. Contact information on Google is a Fax number, not a direct line. Should replace the Staff with AI.
